3. Not a Replacement for In-Person Care
Online therapy may not be appropriate for all conditions or individuals. Rusty Wings does not replace traditional face-to-face therapy or medical care. It is your responsibility to evaluate whether our services are appropriate for your needs.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- Respect your therapist’s professional boundaries and privacy.
We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

You may cancel or reschedule appointments within the timeframe specified in our cancellation policy. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to our Refund Policy.

- Service interruptions or delays.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the 12 months prior to the claim.
